Third-Party Services

We share data with the following service providers:

Anthropic (Claude)

Our Atlas AI assistant sends your document content, conversation messages, listing details, checklist tasks, and related context to Anthropic's Claude AI to process your requests and provide responses.

Google Cloud / Firebase

Stores all user data including authentication records, documents, and database information. Provides encryption in transit and at rest.

Mailgun

Handles email delivery. Receives recipient email addresses, names, and document information when you share disclosure packages or receive notifications.

Analytics Services

We use Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics to understand usage patterns and improve the platform.

Data Security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase) with encryption in transit and at rest. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is 100% secure.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we permanently delete your data within 30 days. Backups are purged within 30 days after that.
