What ListLoops Is

ListLoops is a workflow management and document organization platform for real estate professionals. It includes task tracking, document storage, disclosure package sharing, and an AI assistant called Atlas.

Who Can Use It

ListLoops is intended for real estate professionals and their support staff, including agents, transaction coordinators, marketing staff, and brokerage administrators. You must be at least 18 years old to use ListLoops.

Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us immediately at austin@listloops.com.

Your Content

You own everything you upload to ListLoops—documents, listings, client information, and other content. By using the service, you give us permission to store, process, and transmit your content as needed to provide the service, including sending content to our AI providers to power Atlas.

Our AI Assistant (Atlas)

Atlas is powered by AI and can see your documents, listing details, checklist tasks, and other content you add to ListLoops. Atlas is a productivity tool—it may make mistakes and is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or real estate compliance advice. Always verify important information independently.

Acceptable Use

Don't use ListLoops to:

• Break any laws
• Upload malicious files or code
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission
• Abuse, harass, or harm others

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Payment and Billing

ListLoops offers monthly and annual paid plans. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.

If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. We don't prorate unused time, but if you're unhappy for any reason, contact us at austin@listloops.com and we'll work something out.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period—you won't be charged again, but you'll keep access until then.

If you want to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at austin@listloops.com. We'll permanently delete your data within 30 days of your deletion request.

Changes to the Service

We're actively building ListLoops and may add, change, or remove features. We'll try to give reasonable notice for significant changes, but we reserve the right to modify the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

ListLoops is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it reliable and secure, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listloops LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Listloops LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
